Above NIGHTLY rates are based on - MINIMUM 7 NIGHTS stay & 5 people; add $15 per person per night for over 5 people - for the entire unit. Shorter night stays of - 3+ MINIMUM nights are available at increased rates. Christmas, New Years and President's week - minimum of 7 nights. Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy 30% deposit at time of booking - balance due 90 days prior to arrival Cancel 120 days or more prior to your arrival - 100% refund less $100 admin fee A signed credit card slip will be requested for a damage deposit |
