WINTER - NIGHTLY rates are based on 6 nights MINIMUM & 5 persons; add $15 per person per night for over 5 people. Christmas, New Years and President's Week-MINIMUM 7 nights. SPRING, SUMMER, FALL - all NIGHTLY rates are based on MINIMUM 3 nights stay. Payment Terms & Cancellation: 30% deposit at time of booking,balance due 90 days prior to arrival Cancel 120 days or more prior to your arrival - 100% refund less $100 admin fee & credit card charge. A signed credit card slip will be requested for a damage deposit at check-in |
